Q. What is 24 Philippines?
A. 24 Philippines is a discussion group for Filipino fans of the Fox television series 24.
Q. Who can join 24 Philippines?
A. Pinoys who are avid viewers of 24.
Q. Are there any requirements needed for me to join the e-group?
A. We will need you to abide by the discussion group rules (which are pretty basic), and we might initially ask you to answer a few questions (e.g., "Where did you learn about 24 Philippines?" "Why do you think Kim Bauer is so stupid?"). Membership, however, is free.
Q. How do I join 24 Philippines?
A. Just send a blank e-mail to 24-ph-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and wait for an e-mail confirming your subscription. Or you could sign up at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/24-ph/.
Q. What else do the members of 24 Philippines do besides talk about 24?
A. So far, that's pretty much it. In the future, we may be able to do other things, such as meeting for thons and other social activities like movies and such. Members are encouraged to give their suggestions.
Q. Will this Web site feature links to other 24 fan sites?
A. If they're made/owned my Pinoys and we like them, most assuredly! If you have a 24 fan site you think is cool enough to be featured here, tell us all about it in an e-mail and send it to 24-ph-owner@yahoogroups.com .
Q. I have this essay/fanfiction on 24, and I really want other fans to read it. Can I get it published here?
A. We will be glad to feature essays and other original written fan work about 24. We can't pay you for them, but you get to keep all the rights to it. If you're wondering if we accept only really brilliant essays, well, we don't exactly expect Pulitzer prize-winning work, but we do expect something worth reading. Send in your essays, fan fiction, etc., to the moderators at their e-mail address: 24-ph-owner@yahoogroups.com .
